Discuss Adhesive still wet in the Tiling Forum at TilersForums; I tiled my hall way floor on ply board about 9 this morning. Only 3m2 so tiled it in about an hour. It now 20:00 and the adhesives still soft. ...

    Default Adhesive still wet

    I tiled my hall way floor on ply board about 9 this morning. Only 3m2 so tiled it in about an hour. It now 20:00 and the adhesives still soft. I used keraquick wich I've used before. Any one got any ideas as to the reason y

    No but I only bought it from ctd on Wednesday. I'll check through the bins tmoz an have a look

    No obvious reason why. Should be set solid in a couple of hours.
    So out of date, bad batch or mixed/stored incorrectly.

    I've had a bad batch twice. The adhesive doesn't set and resembles moist sand (only grey).
