got an artexed wall which has seen a good few coats of paint over the years. can anyone tell me if there is an easier quicker option than attempting to scrape it off?

Steam stripper if it is Artex.. but make sure it is non-asbestos artex.

the stuff for removing artex (x-tex) sounds really good. whats the difference between the likes of BAL BOND SBR and BAl primer. i read the link on pva versus primers
