Not what i would call acceptable work and yes i would ask the builder to correct all issues you have ,Thanks for the pics

you need to contact your tiler/builder and let them know its unacceptable ,give the installer a chance to rectify any mishaps only aftr this procedure is taken you can claim on bad workmanship record all correspondence

You have every right not to be happy with that work. Give them the chance to rectify it to your satisfaction before taking it any further.

Totally unacceptable, get them back to remedy the faults....

You do have one advantage if you get no satifaction from the builder then take the problem up with the insurance company as they are paying half of the costs you can request anassesor to view the workmanship or should I say lack of it
