    Default Tender????

    Hi there,
I have just been asked to submit a tender for a construction company.
I have the details of the job , which materials to use , which tiles and details of the surfaces I will be tiling on.

I havent been asked for a tender yet and am wondering if my price should be just for my labour or will I be expected to get materials and tiles?????

    Any help here please!!!

do two if possible, one with labour only, and one with both labour and materials, if not sure

make sure you read the small print if any, for any kind of exclusions regarding delayed work penalties etc.
