    Default Adhesive Specs

Hi Y'all, might anyone be able to explain in a simple way why it could be said that a Mapei adhesive would be any better than a Granfix adhesive. Does it all come down to personal taste and feel for such things or would it be a case of manufacturers guarantees etc etc. This may be old ground but your opinions would be most appreciative. Cheers Cow.

I'am sure that the main factor in adhesive choice, for unspecified work, would be price and confidence in usage.
When you find an adhesive that gives you everything you require why change.
Are manufacturers warranties any good - what other factors come into play - they say you can tile direct onto floorboards with a specific range of their adhesives, but would you?
We tend to use a couple of manufacturers ( 1 being Mapei) and have done for a number of years and are happy with technical support, availability, price and usage.
