    Just to let you all know Plumbline Tiling has just been incorporated in to companies house. A major milestone for us.

    does that mean you've registered as a new business or just changed to a limited company?

    I thought with it being a milestone he meant he's grown big enough to warrant needing going LTD. Though I did just assume to be fair.

    It's a new business name as my trading name surrey & Hants tiling was already taken so I had to reband. Its not a bad thing, it gave me the chance to clear a few cob webs out. I can still do the job just as good, same customer and so on. Happy days lol.

    yes i had a 4 man tiling business in doncaster + me. I did a 500m2 lotto funded sports complex. I paid my guys and my profit was lost when the builder counter charged me for the screeders mess up. well u can guess wot happened next!!!!!!!! wolves came knocking and smashed the door in.

    Not sure incorporating will avoid issues like that but good luck with your move anyway, I hope it proves to be successful.
