    Default Basin Removal

I need to remove a couple of basins to raise them up. Problem being they are stuck to the wall with what i think is silicone and a lot of it. They are not just stuck that would be an understatement, they have been wodged (new word) on the wall. Any suggestions on how to remove them without breaking the tiles. Got a few ideas but thought Id get some input first

I've got a large filleting knife for that very thing and I use a wedge too to make it easier.

Nice one guys, i'll attack these at the weekend. I thought once the fixings were out the basin would have a bit of play in it but I could literally sit on it and it wouldn't budge. The other idea I had ..... I have only tiled the floors so I could try the old 'ever thought about having the walls retiled
