Are you talking about floor tiles? You might find Fired Earth will supply your customer everything required to do the job. I think it's to do with their warranty or so they say. Adhesive, grout, Ditra mat and sealer often Lithofin MN Stain Stop. The number of coats needed depends on the stone. The last one I did was the reclaimed brick which took 4 coats.

The usual fixing applies. Work clean when fixing, one or two coats sealer prior to grouting and then as many coats sealer as it will take after grouting.

    Good advice above.

Its very hard to advise without knowing what the tiles are but as Sandyfloor says, the chances are that fired earth will sell the lot. If not let us know what the customer has gone for and we can give a bit more info
