Random slate
Hi all I'm just doing a slate kitchen floor job with a random pattern , I don't know if any of you might have come across this before , I'll try and explain best I can !
The largest tile needs two medium tiles next to it , but these mediums when butted up together they measure exactly the same as the large one but there will be no gap other in between ? How can I get over this without cutting 10mm off each medium tile ??? Hope it makes sense cheers

Re: Random slate
More info please mate.
I have done a fair few floors like this, sometimes you can loose the difference in size in the joints and other times I have had to trim the tiles to fit. Its not fun but worth it IMO.
