We recently had an install of Dural go wrong, the job had been finished about a year, the bloke we were subying to got the rep out, samples were taken etc. When all comes to all it was proved that it was a failure of the mat, they compensated him in full for labour plus mats plus

Have to say Schluter ditra matt blew me away with what it can cope with. Only failures ive heard off are matts not being taped or incorrectly installed

all I can say is that Dural are aware that there have been some issues with their CI old style matting and are pulling out all the dtops to remedy this, that's all I know about it.
whitebeam, Daz and Bri like this.

I've seen on Genesis one (like Dural but blue). That's why I'd always pay a touch more a stick with Schluter.
