i just nick the wifes, shes got loads of that stuff, but like dave i use disposable glove cept mines are free as get them from the stores in my other job lol

Latex disposables are no good against oils and greases - they break down.
I'd recommend disposable nitrile gloves. Try Arco or an independant safety supplier, you can usually get a box of 100 (50prs) for les than a fiver.
Nitrile is stronger and there's no chance of developing a latex allergy which can happen over time.

I used to work for a safety glove manufacturer so I have loads of "sample" boxes left from when I resigned! I "forgot" to give them back so I'll be in gloves now until I retire!

Not many ladies would let you near them with those!

Common sense says wear gloves for grouting surely?

I just wear glove for grouting........ wore my fingers down to the point of bleeding once! Made sure I don't run out of gloves again.
