What colour grout? (black tiles)

Hi All,
Just in the process of tiling my kitchen with large black porcelain tiles, I bought some Ice white grout when I bought the tiles but I started to reconsider as I don't think they're symmetrical enough to pull it off and just generally having doubts - the fact this is the first time I've tiled is kind of the nail in the coffin on white as I imagine it won't be perfect so white would show up all the screw ups.
Anyhoo, I don't think I fancy black so I'm stuck between a shade of grey and anthracite (or any other suggestions?). Stupid question but anthracites darker than grey right?

hello i think your defo right dont use white,i dont like white grout on black anyway

have you considered glitter grout? i would use that or black

A lot is personal taste, I,ve just done a kitchen in slate effect black porcelain with silver grey, it looked very nice, the contrast was nice, like I said though, personal taste.

I'm with Alan P on this one, silver/ gunmetal grey would be my choice, it is personal preference when all said and done though.

Tempted by silver grey now, although I've never seen glitter grout. A quick google didn't really display it properly - anyone happen to have any pics of it with black tiles?

A couple of questions which have cropped up today, after I adhered the tiles to the wall I gave them a good wipe down and dried off , today I've found the odd thumb print mark on a few, but it's not as though there's dirt on the surface of the tile (wiped and scratched at!) it almost like a discolouration/chemical reaction. Is this common?/any thoughts?

Also I'm doing around a window reveal, does anyone know how to cut tile trim for an external 90 degree'r?
I'm trying to trim the corner at the tops of the inner tiles (where they meet the wall)... If you imagine the tile trim's set out like a picture fram as the two sides come up where a top horizontal piece would be on a picture fram, they go back towards the window pane. (if that makes sense).

Gone with a medium grey,was stuck between it and oyster silver.
Anyone have any ideas on the fingerprints?
