It is normal to try and carry the brick effect round the walls as far as possible and deal with the window as best as you can. Using tile trim with bevelled tiles can look untidy because of the bevel. I feel it is best to try and cut bevelled tiles for edge trim on the 1/4 and 3/4 as you then have (more) full thickness in the trim. Maybe this is a good case for mitring the tiles on your wet saw, assuming the window reveal is square of course.
You can of course set out the room using the window as the focal point and see how it works out in the corners.
