Default Mosaic shower tiles damaged by limescale cleaner

I cleaned my tiles in error with LimeLite a limescale cleaner and it has etched away the black tile to leave marks. I'm not sure what material the tile is made from, its either marble or something that looks like marble. I assume I need to polish it somehow to buff back to the original tile. Any help would be great as I'm so sad at ruining the shower.

    Thanks!
