    Default Any one got a renault kangoo van?

    Didn't know where to post this so i know it will get moved but,
    Im trying to replace my Air filter on my renault kangoo van,easy enough job,if I could find where it is supposed to go.

    I have asked on a renault forum ffs and no reply,you are my last hope,
    Where does the bleedin air filter live on a kangoo van

    Ha, yes I drive one.
    Are you sure you mean the air filter and not pollen?

    If air filter it is just sat in a plastic 'block' ontop the engine. On my DCI 1.5 it's quite obvious and is held in place with 4 torx screws I think.

    If the pollen filter, I actually was trying to fit one yesterday but could not find it! After reading some guides I now believe it is housed under the widow seal plastic on drivers side. The whole section plastic needs to be taken out so the wipers need to come of also.

    Thanks guys,Rich now you mention the torx screws I know where it is so many thanks.
    Would you believe I do know where the pollen filter is housed and your right under the windscreen scuttle panel which just clips of if I remember rightly from my windscreen fitting days,also you may have enough room to fit the filter without taking the wipers off,them panels are quite flexible.

    Pollen filter on most VW's are under the passenger side and you have to take most of the plastic out too, a right maul.
