    that's a nice looking house Chris. the garden is a wonderful size. Def what I'll be looking for when I next move. Was the dormer already there or was that something you put in?

    i cant believe that house hasnt sold yet!!
    the house looks great, the garden is huge and the area seems really nice too...best of luck mate, i'm sure it will go sooner rather than later ;0)

    its all completed now as of a week ago its an emotional rollercoaster big highs and some v unpleasent moment along the way

    its helps to have some good lads around you to give you the confidence to carry on and stick to your principals

    the loft dorma was originally done in the 80's and cant ever be repeated due to planning regs but its a special room witha great view and some v good tiling done by some bloke i know cant rember his proper name it think is was sir rampent of something like that

    i will send neale the pics cause i cant cope with this tech stuff

    The bloke i bought it off was only 42 i got a letter the other day saying he had died

    Not the sharpest tool in the bag but just could not handle day to day life

    i had to do all the paperwork before for him inclunding phoning his credit card companies that he owed approx £30 k on

    it was about to be repossed so it least he got something out of it

    then he died

    I was gonna say it looked like a repo with all the kids stuff still there. seen that a few times after a divorce, its always a shame
