crack line through tiles in the

It could be a deflection stress crack or a lateral stress crack..

what ply was used, what thickness is it, whats it onto, how was it fixed/layed etc, more info please, oh and what tiles and addy too...

could be joist deflection (bounce) or expansion of your ply sheets if they've been hard butted up to each other instead of leaving a couple of mm "breathing space"

All of the above and i bet that the ply is less than 15mm thick
