If it's a short job, day rate, if theres more than 2-3 days in it, £ per 2m.

cheers guys, i just put in a quote for 10m2 charged a day rate,

Yeah, 10m2 at day rate is correct, 1 day to lay, half to grout, make it look sweet.

i only fit the cable type u/f/h, dont like the mats, i use a glue gun to stick it down and to be honest its a money spinner for me, just fitted 90 metres in total, 3 different thermostat controls, took 3 days, i have fitted it over the insulation boards which i installed so if i break down the cost for the u/f/h it will be about £600, with the cable once you have worked out the area and kit size needed its easy, also i supply the kits myself and get huge discounts so i make on the materials as well, anyone interested in making some money on supply pm me and i will give you the details
