Default Tiling on new concrete slab.

    Hi all,
Looking to lay 14m2 spanish terracotta tiles on a thick bed morter,
    recommended Mapei keraflex maxi S1.
Two questions is this the best adhesive for the job (is there a cheaper alternative).
Also laying on a 4inch concrete slab layed 3 mounths ago,Mapei state
2 weeks drying time per CM of concrete, which would mean another mounth to dry before tiling.
Is there anyway round this,is it over cautious or am i better to wait,
but rearly could do with gettting on with it.
