Black and white tile suggestions?

I am currently refitting a bathroom for a customer and will be starting tiling in about couple of days. The tiles are 250x400 and there are (approx) even numbers of black and grey. The customer does not know how they want them ("just do them how you think!").
Does anyone have any suggestions that would look nice, any piccies etc? I don't want to get too complicated with pattern, but don't want a chessboard either.

No, its four walls, Mike. Basically a 2.3m cube. But I quite like the sound of that. Cheers.

say it's 6 tiles long including cuts then centre 3 grey tiles from the middle and 1 black tile plus the cut at each end of the wall,that will use them up evenly

Ahhh! Now I get ya, like fat vertical stripes.. mmm so crazy it just might work!!

it looks nice mate, i done it a year or so ago with brown and cream 600mm x 300mm,the corners worked out about 1m either side while there was 1800mm cream in between,looks good if theres a corner bath,it doesn't look like stripes because you are doing the same in every corner
