Default Tile to Carpet Joint

Hi

Hope someone can advise??

Have just tiled the kitchen floor but I am left with a gap of 35mm between tile and existing carpet in the adjoining room.

Is there any floor strips that cover this gap?

Many Thanks

Tim.

35mm is a fair gap but then you need a gap to insert a trim as mentioned. Speak to your tile shop they should have plenty of different trims for different heights of floors and gap closers. Carpert fitters will have a few gems as well

Give Schluter a call on 01530 813396 or Dural on 01924 360 110 (or both) and ask for their brochures. There will defo be something in one of them to sort the problem. If time is of the essence look on their websites Homepage - Schlüter-Systems or DURAL: Welcome
