You could try a bath rubber from places like screwfix or toolstation.

Oh and maybe invest in a Bathboard from Tradetiler.com Home

I will have a look in screwfix thanx, have you ever used a bath rubber

I used one some years back and it worked quite well but not had the need recently.

Bath rubber might work, but it depends on how bad the scratches are. If really bad you may have to get someone in to repair it if the customer is happy with that. Best to make sure you tape up and board baths and shower trays, as accidents do happen.

The scratches are probably only 2mm deep, I've just rang Duravit (the company that makes the bath) and they have a product, a two part filler that will do the job.

unless you've got the full polishing kit? i would leave it alone and get someone in to do it for me. I've seen guys try to fix baths themselves and just end up making it look worse, and it's not that expensive.
i will have a look in the yellow pages for some numbers, well its gotta be cheaper than replacing the bath

Last time I heard they were about £70 for a call out for a Bath Doctor
