I like to have a walk around and look atthe new toys in the tools department. Can also get some good deals on general use tools in there too.

Same for me, will walk round and look about. Might buy the odd tool.
But I don't like the policies about THEY should sell the addy/grout etc to the customer. I like to specify what I'm happy to use and what the customer really want's, not let them sell whatever to whoever. So for that reason, I'm out of aiming to be a TAF.

Hate them.... there just a bunch of "pile em high and sell them low" charlatans that don't care about there customers once they've made a sale! At least that's what i think about our local one. I use a small independent tile shop with great service and up to date product knowledge, that wouldn't dream of selling the customer the wrong product or something they didn't need.

hate them with a vengeance. they have wreaked havoc in the trade
it doesnt mean you can do it if you B&Q it
