Discuss window ledge in the Tiling Forum at TilersForums; Just a quick question i have a window ledge to tile it takes two 10cm tiles on the flat ledge but i have a quarter inch gap left over whichever ...

    Default window ledge

    Just a quick question i have a window ledge to tile it takes two 10cm tiles on the flat ledge but i have a quarter inch gap left over whichever way i put tiles,hopes this makes sense thanks for any suggestions

    do you mean at the back between the tile and window frame, in which case if it was a white plastic frame I would buy a bit of trim, only a couple of quid

    yes as you look out of the window the two tiles facing uppermost on the ledgeis where the gap is i do have a white frame window as well

    What size cut do you have left and right of the cill and what size cut at the face of the cill..?.. you could always start with a half tile and give the wrapped effect if side cuts match..if you get my drift.
