| Basic cutting | | Was observing my pre grouted work in bathroom id finished today and noticed my cuts in corner were not the greatest. Its quite basic but what methods do people find easiest for keeping there cuts consistent as its the only thing letting me down at the mo. | | |

| Re: Basic cutting | | I usually cut each tile by holding it up to the wall/ceiling and marking directly onto the tile allowing for the grout joint, you have to turn the tile over to mark it right. Once you get used to it you can get them spot on. | | |

| Re: Basic cutting | | The above will work okay but there is a better technique that when used you can use it for any cuts going into any type of angle regardless. Little hard to explain in words but hopefully when I master the photo upload I will do a tutorial later next week. | | |

| Re: Basic cutting | | The other piont is that if you cut a tile and its not a good fit then you should cut another, dont put it on the wall. It only takes a minute to cut another, dont let yourself accept poor cuts. | | |
