Default Uneven concrete lump on floor

Hi, wanting to start tiling my downstairs toilet. However, it's a relatively new build and the builders for some reason have left a raised lump of concrete in one of the corners. Any ideas on the best way of levelling this please?

Diamond cup on a grinder will do the job.
    Chisel out the corners.

builders do tend to level it into a corner then just leave the excess in a pile

the lump will be where the down pipe for your waste is,the reason why it's raised is because it will have been cut out of th floor and put in after the floor had been laid and polished.
    as above with the grinder
