thermalite walls in the

HI all gonna be tiling a bathroom and ive taken all the old tiles off and some of the plaster has come off exposing thermalite block, i am just wondering ... -

HI all gonna be tiling a bathroom and ive taken all the old tiles off and some of the plaster has come off exposing thermalite block, i am just wondering what the best way to go about it whether just to prime it or a re-skim would be best. any sugestions please?

Personally I don't like thermalite blocks they move to much........
I would be tapping the walls to check there not any hollow sounding areas on the plaster, if there are remove that bit of plastered wall.
Use a one coat plaster to fill or prime and use a rapid cement based addy to fill.
