    anyone got advice on best way to clean porcelain tiles prior to sealing?

    they're not especially dirty etc. just want to make sure they're clean before I seal them but then I assume sealer isn't going to trap any dust etc anyway so I'm guessing just clean over with a sponge and then leave a while to dry

    you need to get the dust etc off before you seal, the sealer will trap the dust in. Sponge and clean water (changed very regularly) is how I do it.

    many tiler tilers have there own prefference but many manufacturers such as LTP etc reccomend cleaning, wait untill completly dry (30 - 60mintutes for porcelain) and then seal prior to fixing. after fixing you can repaet the cleaning/ sealing process for added peice of mind
