Discuss Floor tiles on wall in the Tiling Forum at TilersForums; I have some riven porcelain floor tiles 333 x 333 left over from a kitchen. Could i use these on the walls in a bathroom, in all areas???...

    Default Floor tiles on wall

    I have some riven porcelain floor tiles 333 x 333 left over from a kitchen. Could i use these on the walls in a bathroom, in all areas???

    floor tiles can go on walls but wall tiles arent suitable for floors

    Nice to know, just doing some calculations and i think i might just be short. Just emailing around to see if i can get topped up but everybody talking silly prices per sqm. Even looking at different colours so i could get a couple of stripes in. Will stick with it, hopefully some supplier will come up trumps.

    why not add a vetrical border with a different coloured tile,theres also the option of doing different tiles in the shower area or above the sink etc

    Just make sure that the tiles are not too heavy for your substrate.
