great job mate just a small observation, would it not have been posible to tile the shelve's out first and then cover the exposed end's of the tile's in the boxe's or is this standared for this type of work?? i'am only a pool man!! and love your job thank's for the pic's

I actually find that grade of travertine interesting
Along with others I would have bullnosed the corners, and set the 3 recess equal spaced if at all possible.
