I enjoy staying at the "stay..." group
Stay Birmingham is my preference when doing a 10 day stint at NEC
Serviced apartments with a kitchen as well as bedrooms.
Bit pricy at £55 a night but if there are three of you sharing....

How many could comfortably stay in one of these?
Is there more than one bedroom for your £55?

Its a selection of serviced apts with upto 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. You can mix and match singles or doubles.
For example we are going to Birminhgam NEC Grand Designs show and I will share with 2x girls. They get the single beds and I get the double at £255 for 3 nights works out £28.33 each.
And its got a kitchen, washing machine its a proper flat. And then we just go out in Birmingham and use that as a drunken base!
