hi Deano I dont know of digs near camberly but think it would be very beneficial to have a forum category listing good accomodation around the country to help those tilers working away from home, we have job in west sussex and found a cuople of good places down there

    Great idea Gary

I know quite a few around the country that would be beneficial, although for short term contracts I don't think you can go past Premier Travel Inn or Holiday Inn Express.

The nearest travel lodge and premier inn were more than 25 minutes away to our job so although i agree that they are great value sometimes they are not near enough to the job site

I find premier inns conveniant but ive yet to get this £29 deal lenny henry goes on about, the breakfast is extra @ £7, as much as you can eat granted but I havent got all morning to wait for it

travel lodge is a few quid cheaper but no breakfast and the adjoining restaurants are dire

you cant beat a good old fashioned b&b

Start a new thread Mike. We'll make sure it gets stickied, so it stays at the top of all open threads
