    Its been a funny 6 months...one minute the phones ringing like mad then a few weeks of nothing...then ringing again...Hope im not having trouble with my phone!!!

    I'm looking to start training at the end of summer, any suggestions on the best way to train up as i'm 37 now and not getting any younger.

    busy up north, starting a wine bar 2mz 120 mtrs, then a 50 mtr floor and another floor 45 mtrs then a large kitchen 30mtrs floor and 40 meters walls.

    Hi joesdad
    I am from wolverhampton hand on heart its beeen up and down like a yoyo,spent alot of time running around, and fell lucky thanks to some guys on here i no and have worked with in the past, get trained keep posting and reading the threads it all helps and i have been at it for 24yrs

    Cheers lads you've been really helpful, i've been looking at some courses and chase tiling and and the construction skills college are the closest to me so i'll check them out and keep you all posted.
