Ahh Right.. needs microsoft word..
If you view the ones above you can get the drift of what a risk assessment is and do a simple one.. this must be for site/ commercial work is it.?
No private residential,the company want a copy because there insurance asked them,red tape suppose![]()



All it is is a statement showing your working practise.. like how safe you leave things all the PPE stuff you wear.. nothing to it really and you will need a copy of your liability insurance.
