just finished a job today 30 metres of ceramics from topps, bloody aweful,up to 1mm difference in tiles

drew my line on the floor ,started laying ,with the tiles butted up tight to spacers i kept going way of line.pulled em back on line, got a wedge shaped gap...AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGG!!!!!!!

Did you work from a few boxes at a time to mix them up a bit? Bs gives a tile tolerance and unfortunately 1mm is still a 1st tile.

Try to use a square on your line and but tiles upto that from the otherside and if there's a spacer not quite tight it'll still leave your tile as square as it can be.
