I want to install under floor electric heating with 30mm xps domestic insulation. Can I glue the heating mat directly onto the xps and then lay the ceramic tiles directly onto the heating mat with the use of flexible tile glue. Will the tiles or grout (flexible grout) crack when placing furniture or walking on the tiles

Re: not sure
XPS is extruded polystryene and it is made especially for the floor, it is that I am not sure if you have to have a cement screed on top of the insulation, the kitchen & lounge floor at the moment is ceramic tile on concrete of which I will have to remove the ceramic tiles
