    Default Sunning it up

Anyone been working out in the sun this week,

I've been doing a garden path in octagonal quarries, belting it down with.... Sunshine all day, cant beat the feeling of the hot sun on your back coupled with a nice breeze, if i shut my eyes I could almost have been on a tropical beach.

Only difference being on a tropical beach, you would have a nice cool drink in your hand. Instead of a trowel
