Got me there Jamie lad, surely you would need to get a piece like you describe made for you by a bespoke company? The tool cost alone would be prohibitive.

dont have an issue cutting the shelf..its for an internal so semi rounded peices just wanted to create a dip in centre nothing too heavy just subtle dom

Have you got a rotary sander?
I have a new toy, a soft start angle grinder, but not much experience with it yet, wouldn't that do it, used subtly with the right disc?
Why don't you cut a few lines into it about 3mm deep and that would stop the soap slipping off. If you know what I mean.
lidl have a sds drill going cheap![]()

if you know a bold gentleman then kep rubbing it on his head
you could remove most off it using a cup grinding wheel in your angle grinder but taking it steady and then use a rotary sanding wheel in a drill to smooth the marks out and then use wet and dry paper to polish it up with. I would drill a hole in the centre to so as to let the water out nobody likes soggy soap![]()
