    You will have to explain a bit more, but if I think what you mean, then basically use a spirit level and make a level line around the room above your bottom cut, then fix batons exactly on the line,( a good trick I always do is to put dry tiles onthe batons first and but them next to each other, if the tiles butt up perfectly and there is no gap anywhere, and after a quick check with the spirit level on top, you are good to go, if there are gaps and they don't butt up perfect, your not level or batons are a bit out) tile all the way up, then taper all your last row of cuts, is that what you mean Bart

    if IM gonna start botton tiles with my 10 mm trovel another row will run away 8mm the wall its really bad its not plum at all

    Either take the ply down and replace with plasterboard/backer board or reboard over the top
