master bathroom wall 3m/6m main wall I want to be perfect I would have to get 7 bags of adhesive to get this done perfect
...tiles-gres por 60 60cm

You will have to explain a bit more, but if I think what you mean, then basically use a spirit level and make a level line around the room above your bottom cut, then fix batons exactly on the line,( a good trick I always do is to put dry tiles onthe batons first and but them next to each other, if the tiles butt up perfectly and there is no gap anywhere, and after a quick check with the spirit level on top, you are good to go, if there are gaps and they don't butt up perfect, your not level or batons are a bit out) tile all the way up, then taper all your last row of cuts, is that what you mean Bart

how thick is this ply? is that the reason it's all over the place

Either take the ply down and replace with plasterboard/backer board or reboard over the top
