Default B & Q natural stone effect floor tiles

hi all now it has been pointed out on this forum that there are a few reserves when it comes to B & Q tiles....i myself have come across these problems....This is a conservatory floor that i finished this morning.
firstly after ripping out the old laminate flooring the floor was levelled with a slc and allowed to cure. next i checked all the tiles box by box for square and size expecting to have atleast 3 different piles layed out...only found one box different in size(1mm) longer than the others and only 2 tiles were broken or chipped...result. next i checked each and every tile for bowing.....none customer is extremely happy with the result.
