hi all just thought that i would give you this rant and get it over with.
in the past 2 weeks i have had 3 customers requiring a complete bathroom ... -

I would have kicked off big style..
with them.. either they want the trade or not..
Who is it.. If not CTD, then they sell Vitra range.

it was the aforementioned supplier. i did phone their head office to complain and ask for a resolution. they said that they would look into it and phone me back within the hour........still waiting for that call....although they did phone the branch and gave the staff a good going over for giving me their number?

CJ - Just had a coffee with Top man at your suppliers.
Your tile will be available by 28th May when its back in general stock.
It's a tile that they use for housebuilders portfolio so as stock is low at present it's being held for their use only.
I can however get you 6sq mts here in the North East (monday to confirm) but it would cost £65 haulage to you in Manchester!
As I have a job over there later this month, you could collect them from me (confirm on Monday) and pay half my diesel costs one way!
Hope you get sorted!
