    Default if you could specialise in one area what????

    If you could specialize in one area of tiling which area would it be??
    And for what reason would you specialize in this area?

    when u say specialise do you mean the type of tile i.e marble or the type of work. i mostly do commercial work . i do like the shop fitting side the most. did site work for about 15 yrs new build housing i still do a bit but i find the agents on the commercial side to be more chilled out, plus all materials delivered to job
    oh and i earn more on the cpmmercial side

    I don't think i would like to specialise in one particular part of tiling, i think you would get bored, i like learning new things, new materials that you haven't used before. Also i like a challenge.

    Snap.. but i would like to get more into stone restoration work.. especially stone floor grinding/honing and polishing.. lippage removal.. stuff like that.

    I cant find an english language link so this will have to do, it seems like mosaic type stuff, have you ever done any TJ?

    Bumpiestoo much effort when running you cutting wheel over those extreme bumped areas mate, try and stick to 6x6 flat white

    i would love top specialise in gooners area...swimming pools, saunas and spar's etc

    its the high end and you get to cover a good variety of the tiling trade from rendering, mosaics and bespoke work.....i think gooner has a great niche!!!
