    Hi all
    Right time to rant i think, i rang chasetiling last wednesday about my nvq.The person i needed to talk to was out left msg to ring me back no reply.So left it rang back thursday no reply and today still no call back from this person it does my head in so come on whos next to rant

    Did you leave a message with a person (name) or ansamachine.
    Was it your first call or 1 of many.
    Have you been in contact with them before?
    Did they give you a time when they will ring back or not.
    What was it about - we want to know - I do anyway!

    Yes done all that am going to try tom, it was about getting my nvq sorted because my cscs card is only valid till april next year will let you all know how i get on again
