personally i dont use topps at all,imo they are a pain..tiles take ages to come,,prices are guff

Can't see the detail on the pics.
I've come across it plenty of times but they usually have many irregularities on the surface and/or edges to good effect. Just one chip on the tile in the same place would look odd though so seems a bit daft.
Poor show by Topps though, another reason that I don't use them.

was the customer made aware of this feature of the tile before the order was placed? did the customer view a sample tile in the shop?

No - the customer saw exactly what we did on the website no mention of "naturally manufactured defects."

Yes RacerRed - they bought without viewing a sample - mind us Topps wanted £4.99 for one sample tile!

Thats the problem with buying off the internet. I personally will never buy stone without seeing a sample from the crate im buying first.
In fact i dont think there are many things id buy without seeing first (excepts Astontilings laser
)
