Re: Current Tiling Rates?
More this happens i think a booking fee of 10% of the job value should be taken to try and stop this happening once a job has been excepted.

Re: Current Tiling Rates?
Not sure how long you have been tiling or your experience in the trade from your information.
As we are not able to discuss prices in the open forum - only the Tilers Arms - you will have to keep posting /getting involved in the Forum before pricing information can be discussed and you can gain entry to there.
It may not just be a question of price with customers accepting another estimate but if it is at the prices you have quoted - they will get exactly the standard of work they are paying for!
Keep posting/asking and getting involved.

3 years experience (not loads) but enough to be fairly accurate with quoting etc.
Never mind, thanks anyway.

Dont be disheartened Grainger, no-one is pushing you away pal, you have a valid question that can be answered but as above you need to gain access to the tilersarms. Once in you will gain a lot of help with your original question.

Just hope they keep your number, they may need it after that price
