no way!
1- for a 60 hour week i would want at least treble that amount
2-being in peoples homes at nearly midnight is rude and un-proffesional
3-this guys problems will become your problems (i'e the complaints)
4-there a reason why he employs people who don't speak the native toungue and work for peanuts

Ive had to work along side east europeans quite a lot when i was on site and with the odd exception they are a nightmare
the ones that were in the trade at home were good and had their money raised in line with us, ive got no issues with them, but they were in the minority
they dont do a good job and have little knowledge or experiance
they are very slow
difficult to get motivated
poor organisatonial skills
aggresive
lack respect for others and their property
up themselves, they reckon they are here because we need them, truth is they are here because theres nothing at home for them and we need them like a fish needs a bicycle
they are paid the minimum wage and thats more than they are worth, they have to work long hours to finish the job in the same time as a british tradesman
I know nothing I havent learnt

that's the same the world over Mike, not just limited to East Europeans. If you're a "proper" tradesman, you'll have a trdesmans mentality and do a good satisfactory job.

sounds a bit like slave labor and yes a similar thing happens over here , (Asians pakistanis Koreans ect)normally brought into country on a special visa housed 10 to 15 per rental paid poorly then after 1 or 2 years sent home were they are classified as wealthy men . there not all bad just trying to do whats right for there families back home just like you and me there training is non existent and there treated like animals the real offender are there bosses i wish the authorities would do something but it seems to be the same the world over
