whats the best way to remove flaking paint i have tried scraping and rubbing and have quite a bit removed ,i could use paint stripper but its in an entrance tunnel to a car park of a hotel and the wind picks up quite a lot so dont fancy risking acid flying on peoples cars any suggestions (do we do painting questions?)

there are sheets of paint stripper, you apply the stripper and cover it in the sheets for 24 hrs ,then remove the sheets and paint in one go

alternatively use sanding discs in a grinder, if your repainting your better off with discs as you can remove the loose and feather the edges
I know nothing I havent learnt
