40% and 35% is pretty good going. Topps do great dicount on adh but the tiles vary hugely. I've had mixed reports from people about different places and getting trade discount, some want loads of proof of work done, letter heads, invoices n all that and some are just very friendly and welcoming and will rip your fingers off for the business. As I said, I've been to certain places and had no problem, introduce myself, tell them I'm looking for a carrot to pull customers in what can you do for me?, others have been and they have had to show alsorts of documentation n stuff. Maybe it depends on the mood of the day?

Yeh topps are pretty good and will do you as good a deal on adh as your getting now. Not sure on the tubs but the Multiflex is a great markup!

Topps is pretty pricey here by me in the midlands. Tile Choice is the best for cost at the minute.

one thing to watch with discounts is the original price. Dont get caught out with a big discount if the price is already way above retail.
I give account customers 30% discount on bal products.
Just out of interest, what do you all pay for white star? I charge around £15 a 10Lt tub for account Customers.
