Is it best to completely tile all the walls then fit the bath or fit the bath then tile around the bath ... -

Is it best to completely tile all the walls then fit the bath or fit the bath then tile around the bath then silicone.

Hi lenny....
I just answered your question on the plumbers forum...
..
It is normal practise to fit the bath first and then tile.....unless the bath is designed to be free standing..

get the bath in position and then tile from the bath.Have a look at some setting out methods before you start and do your homework with regards to tanking,substrates and what adhesives to use,if you need more help just ask.What are the tiles you are using..ie dimensions and material?(ceramic,stone,porcelain)
