Default Cutting around radiator pipes

Hi all
Whats the best way to cut around the radiator pipes ,just cut a u shape then fill in with grout behind or is there a better way.

use a key shape (drill a hole for the pipe then cut the edge out once the tile is fixed, fix the cut out peice back in place and grout)

Nothing is imposable it just costs more

So what you are saying gaz is that you stick the tile that has been cut out on top of another then trace the cut out shape onto this tile .
